The below terms and conditions apply on the recipient in claiming this the prize.
The winner gets a 5 Night Holiday package to Beachcomber Island Fiji Resort.
The winner may choose a travel period of 5 (five) nights falling within the dates between 1st February 2025 – 31st May 2025. Subject to Resort/Room availability.
Flights not included with this promotion/package. You can enquire with Hideaway Holidays consultant for possible flight option.
Should the winner wish to extend the travel period, he or she will bear all additional costs incurred. These costs include but are not limited to flights, accommodation, meals and transfers.
The package is applicable for the travel of 2 adults only. Should the winner wish to bring additional personnel along on the holiday, he/ she will bear all additional costs including but not limited to flights, transfers, accommodation, and meals.
Neither the holiday package nor any of its components are transferable for cash. If one or more components in part or full are not utilised up until the completion, the winner forfeits any rights to reclaiming this component or the associated costs.
The prize needs to be claimed in its promotion form. Should the winner wish to alter any of the components listed within the prize package, he/ she shall bear any, and all costs associated with the alteration.
The winner will be drawn on 27th January 2025 and contact will be made to the winner within 3 days of the draw. The winner has up till 15th February 2025 to acknowledge the receipt of win information. Should the winner not acknowledge contact within this period, Hideaway Holidays reserves the right to redraw another winner. The original winner in this case forfeits any and all claims to the prize.
The winner will need to submit chosen travel dates at least 60 days prior to actual travel dates selected.
Travel Insurance not included. Contact Hideaway Holidays if Travel Insurance is required.
Dates listed above can change without prior notice. In such event that this happens, announcement of changes will be made on our website and social media.
Management’s decision is final and cannot be contended.
The chosen travel dates are subject to availability. Should the resort not have sufficient available space during selected travel dates, the winner must choose alternative travel dates before 31st May 2025.
Travel insurance is not included in the prize travel package.
All travel requirements set by the standing government of Fiji at time of travel need to be met by the winner and all accompanying travellers.
Should your travel dates be affected by Natural Disasters or Act of God, Hideaway Holidays will not be responsible and will make all possible arrangements to amendments to your travel.
Winner needs to advise Hideaway Holidays on their flight schedules to arrange boat and private car transfer.
Winners must be able to travel to Fiji and have a passport valid for at least 6 months after their departure date from Fiji.
Hideaway Holidays strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance coverage to the Beachcomber Island Fiji Resort to cover cancellation penalties levied as a result of inclement weather, airline or other transportation delays, other unforeseen disruptions, loss/damage/theft of personal items, cancellations or delays or in the event of illness.
Hideaway Holidays nor Beachcomber Island Fiji Resort will not accept any responsibility for any guest loss or damage to personal equipment and property whilst staying at Beachcomber Island Fiji Resort, or during participation in any activity. Guests are required to follow any directions, which may be given whilst staying in Beachcomber Island Fiji Resort or participating in activities. Hideaway Holidays nor Beachcomber Island Fiji Resort will not accept any responsibility for any injury, which may occur whilst staying at the resort or during participation of any activity. All activities are undertaken at the guests own risk. Guests participating in any activities are required to sign an indemnity release prior to taking part.
Hideaway Holidays and Beachcomber Island Fiji Resort shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder in the event and to the extent, its performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of God, Pandemics, change of laws, war or hostilities (declared or not), civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake, cyclones, tsunami or explosion, sale, seizure of the Resort under legal process, strikes, lockouts or labour stoppages or any other circumstances beyond the control of Hideaway Holidays or Beachcomber Island Fiji Resort that makes it impossible for the Resort to operate fully or partially.
These terms and conditions are covered in all respects by the law of Fiji and any legal action arising under the Terms and Conditions shall be litigated only in the appropriate court having jurisdiction in the country.
