Listen to Now, Qantas revamps dining experience for all flyers!

Starting this month, Qantas is introducing an improved international dining experience in all flyers. This is welcome news indeed for holidaymakers flying from Sydney to Fiji or Brisbane to Vanuatu who can look forward to meals served on a new underplate with additional sides such as salads, or cheese and crackers. Flyers can also look forward to sampling new dishes including Angus beef steak, roast chicken breast, pumpkin tortellini and more.

New Flavours for International Flyers

What’s more, those international travellers flying from Sydney to Fiji or Brisbane to Vanuatu can enjoy a new seasonal inflight dining offering when travelling in First or Business. Flyers in First can look forward to pannacotta for dessert, while those in Business can enjoy braised Magra lamb for dinner in. Flyers can expect menu items including:

First Class

  1. Australian tasting plate of saltbush crusted goats’ cheese, lamb prosciutto, dukkah olives, piccalilli and bush tomato relish served with pepperleaf and parmesan lavosh.
  2. Seared Glacier 51 toothfish with sugar snaps, snow peas and lemon served with Cobram Estate Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Coratina extra virgin olive oil pannacotta with toasted almond praline.
