Fiji Gateway Hotel To Add 40 New Rooms, Work To Start From September!

The Raffe Hotel Group has announced that it will be adding 40 new rooms to boost the capacity of their Fiji Gateway Hotel property. The construction will start as soon as September this year, and will be completed by October, 2025. This will bring the Fiji Gateway Hotel’s total capacity from the current 95 rooms, and 5 categories, to 135 budget and premium Fiji accommodations!

But, as the question forms, will this mean that the hotel will be a full-on construction zone, filled with concrete dust, rebar and drills roaring while you’re trying to soak in Fiji’s famous island chill? Well, absolutely not! The new accommodations will be built at the back, at quite a distance from the existing building and swimming pool, to keep the noise and activity visibility to a minimum. Furthermore, because of guest security, and comfort – the entire site will be cordoned off to keep the noise levels even further down. Call it gift-wrapping a good thing until it’s ready to be unveiled!
