Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts is located on the island of Motu Tevairoa, next to Bora Bora’s world famous lagoon.

The Pearl Resorts have implemented several measures, several of which are mentioned below:

Post-landing in Tahiti: The welcome desk is disinfected before each arrival; guests can disinfect their hands before taking their transfer. Flower leis, a traditional welcome to these islands, are available in self-service at the reception desk. Additionally, luggage service is carried out subject to client’s acceptance.
Transfer (outside Tahiti): Reinforced cleaning of the resort’s transfer vehicles with attention to all high-contact areas. Plus, all vehicles are sprayed/cleaned after each transfer. Wearing a mask is recommended during the transfer, guests sans one will be provided masks.
Arrival at the hotel/ Check in: Guests are welcomed at the hotel and escorted to the check-in area. Check-in is completed respecting social distancing. The receptionists have at their disposal sprays or disinfectant wipes in order to clean the contact areas of the reception between each guest (counters, tables, armrests, payment terminals, phones, tablets, keyboards, room keys, pens, etc). The entire reception area is cleaned twice a day.
Hotel/ Resorts (General): All common and high-contact areas are sanitised twice a day. Hydroalcoholic solutions are available to guests in the main areas of the hotel (airport desk, reception, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, fare pool boy) as well as in their welcome kit. A contactless infrared thermometer is available to guests at the reception in case of suspected symptoms.
The Rooms: Guests are invited to open the doors and enter themselves. Luggage is delivered during check in. If the guest wishes, the presentation of the room is done by avoiding contact with the equipment. Between each set of travellers, the room is blocked at least 24 hours, if possible 48 hours. All linen is changed and cleaned at 60°C, while no contact is made between clean and used sets of linen.
Restaurants & Bars – Service & Staff: The tables are spaced to respect social distancing and are not adjusted during the service. Two teams are assigned to each restaurant, one in charge of the service and the other in charge of clearing tables. If guests do not wish to go to the restaurant, room service fees will not be applied. Additionally, menus are available via a QR code for customers who do not wish to manipulate physical menus. All staff members wear a mask or visor and respect barrier gestures by washing their hands regularly. Tables, counters, chairs and consoles are cleaned with a bactericidal product between each service.
