About Vahine Private Island Resort & Spa

Stretching across 23 acres, the boutique resort offers exclusive accommodation in its nine luxury bungalows located on the water’s edge. Incidentally, the name of the island is Motu Tu Vahine or as the locals call it – Vanilla Island, owing to the vast vanilla plantations. The cool Pacific breezes wafts the sweet, warm aroma of crushed vanilla pods which is an experience to delight the senses.

Each of the large, airconditioned bungalows feature either a king-size bed or twin single beds, an ensuite bathroom, outdoor showers, dual vanities and basins. The supersized verandas come with beach loungers and face the lagoon, the beach or the resort’s landscaped gardens. All the bungalows come with TVs with movies and music loaded in, internet access, a minibar and ceiling fans.
