The Novotel Suva offers Ocean View Deluxe Rooms and Ocean View Executive Rooms for travellers. Each room includes either a double bed and a single bed, or two queen size beds as bedding options. Besides the modern and spacious ensuite bathroom, the room amenities include sitting furniture, a balcony, WiFi internet access, iron and ironing board, mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
The hotel does host a full-fledged restaurant and bar; the Husk offers a la carte menu and an al fresco dining with views of the waterfront. It’s all-day dining menu is excellent, and we love its daily buffet breakfast. Then, the Tonique Gin Lounge serves up signature GnTs and boasts of quite the deep list of concoctions, liquors, and beers.
Besides the hotel’s swimming pool, Suva offers a plethora of tours and day-trips to keep travellers engrossed. We recommend checking out the Fiji Museum for starters, then a tour of the Colo-i-Suva Forest Reserve; the first highlights the island nation’s rich cultural tapestry while the latter is a glowing testament to Fiji’s vibrant natural heritage.
