The Tamanu Beachfront Restaurant offers its guests a laidback Pacific Island dining experience. The restaurant, designed in the traditional ‘Are’ loghouse style, is set next to the beach enjoying surreal views of the Aitutaki sunsets. Along with the chef supervised menus, it also serves a delightful list of tropical cocktails. Oh, and the resort prides itself on its organic rainforest coffee beans – coffee aficionadoes will find crema as simply sinful.

For first-time visitors, we’d suggest just getting familiar with Aitutaki’s 15 small to tiny islets, from Maina to Tekopua to Tapuaeta’i (which is what the world knows as the One Foot Island) and more.
