The Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa has appointed Lisa Costello as its director of sales recently. In her new role, Costello would lead strategic sales initiatives and boost the resort’s presence across key regional and international markets.

“I am honoured to join Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa at such an exciting time, with renovations set to complete in the next few months,” Costello said. “The resort is a game-changer for Fiji and will introduce pioneering new dining and leisure concepts to the region. I am looking forward to bringing this exceptional property to the forefront of the market and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.”

She brings to fore her razor-sharp acumen and over two decades of experience to fore, in her new responsibility. Costello’s wealth of experience also includes areas like business development, management, hotel operations, stakeholder engagement, strategic marketing and more. In her earlier roles, Costello has held positions like DoSM at major hotel brands in Fiji, including Crusoe’s Retreat, Raffe Hotels & Resorts and Lalati Resort. Before joining Crowne Plaza Fiji, Costello was the BDM at Novotel, Surfers Paradise.
